"Sweersa: The video for better will not air due to legal problems. Slash is in court with Axl due to GNR image problems. Cause of Guitar Hero and also Slash appearing on interviews as part of GNR and not as VR.
Aparently Axl detains the rights to the name but Slash and the other former members do detain some percent on GNR's image... which means that if it stays that way after court... ull never see a single video of GNR with the new band members!
The only possibility is a neutral video with none of the band or Axl. Or Axl himself alone... and thats why the Better video is on the shelves!"
